My main activities in the SCA are based around rapier fencing and adventures in heraldry (both book and voice). I also enjoy the production and consumption of tasty beverages, making garb, and wearing hats.
My persona is from Lochac, though culturally based in England of the 16th century. I occasionally bounce around other periods as may take my fancy, though I generally try to be at least internally consistent at any one time.
Persona Story
Alexander a la Fontayne was born in the lands of the Barony of Politarchopolis in AS XXII. His father's military service saw him move from this homeland, to the Barony of Stormhold. From there, the tour continued to the Barony of Aneala, before returning to the Barony of Stormhold, and from there to the lands that would later become the Barony of Kraé Glas.
After some time in the vast and verdant fields of Kraé Glas, he returned to the Barony of Politarchopolis, and made his first appearance at court in AS XLIV, being presented to the Court of Their Excellencies Alessandro and Isobel, Baron and Baroness of Politarchopolis, having joined Their College of Saint Aldhelm some weeks previously.
